Hello, I have these parts for a computer:

Motherboard MSI H97M-E35 | 1 | 79,90 €
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3-1600MHz 8GB (HX316C10F/8) | 1 | 39,90 €
SSD - Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB (SV300S37A/120G) | 1 | 49,90 €
External Disc - Toshiba 500GB 2.5" SATA III (MQ01ABD050) | 1 | 41,91 €
PW Source - Corsair VS550W (CP-9020097-EU) | 1 | 58,90 €
Case - Nox Hummer ZX Zero Edition Branca (NXHUMMERZXZ) | 1 | 57,90 €
Monitor (2x) - Asus LED 24" VG248QE 144Hz 3D + Samsung SyncMaster 923nw

I have 2 monitors because i will use this computer for:

Streaming Recording Play a lot of (ARK|CS GO| Overwatch| League of Legends|+ any other game that i feel like playing)

So for that i'm thinking of going with a 1080 GTX for the pc but i do not posess the knowledge to understand if all these parts together will function correctly and i still need a CPU but I dont know what to use... I do not posess a huge budget so if it can be lower than 300 euros would be awesome...

Although I was thinking of going with an i7-4790k but i really don't know if all these parts together will work.

Please help me! Thank you!

Solution
Note that even though you're not overclocking i've gone for the k variant of the processor.
This is because it offers 0.6GHz extra speed out of the box, meaning that you essentially get a 20% increase in clock speed for a little bit extra, which is very useful especially in your case with rendering, streaming and playing games.
Here is your final build.

ohh sry i meant hard drive not external disc.. sorry, i'm from portugal and some of the parts are coming from amazon and others from other cheap stores, i dont need 100% dat case because i do not know if it will all fit in that

What's your max budget and what price would you prefer to stick around?

Wait wait wait wait, do you HAVE the parts you've listed?
Because there's no way you're going to build a good level gaming PC with 300-400 euros.
What parts do you want to buy with that money? Just CPU and GPU?

i do not own any of the parts yet, i have the money for them but i wanna know for sure what to buy before i do it.

i would like to do a good computer with those and i just thought that a GTX 1080 + an i7-4790k would be a nice computer

what can you sugest me?

You still haven't given me a concrete budget.
What is your overall budget for all of the parts you want including the motherboard etc. and CPU/GPU.
It is better to go with the newer Skylake architecture for its better power efficiency and performance for a similar price.
Will you be overclocking?

i dont mind going a little bit over 500 euros.. but that is my limit

What are you saying?
Those monitors are at least 350 euros each, hell, 500 won't even buy you a 1080....let alone a PC.
Your TOTAL budget please.

Here you go.
If you want to cut back on costs, feel free to remove the AIO cooler and get something like the Cryorig H7/H5 or the Be Quiet Dark Rock 2/3 if you want something beefier on a budget.
I figured you'd need more than 500GB of HDD space since games take up a tonne of space nowadays, not to mention software! :)
The 6700k is actually $20 cheaper than the 4790k despite offering 10-15% better performance, so thats a plus! :)

That's okay, that can be fixed easily.
I've paid $20 extra to get a better looking motherboard, but if you feel that you're fine with looks and just want performance, get this instead.https://es.pcpartpicker.com/product/qjp323/asus-motherboard-h170pro
