I am currently building this PC and I removed all components that are not needed to try and troubleshoot the problem.

Currently I have only the Motherboard (Fatal1ty X99M Killer/3.1) and CPU (i7-6850K) and CPU Cooler (fans not attached) put together.
The Motherboard has only two cables attached to it from the PSU (EVGA Supernova G2 750W).
The ATX 24pin and the other power cable (8pin) that connects near the CPU (I think it is called EPS 8pin).
No other cables attached to the Motherboard.

First I tried putting 4x16GB of this RAM:
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz (PC4-21300) C16 Memory Kit - Black (CMK32GX4M2A2666C16)

Powered the system ON and received Dr. Debug Code - 53.

Then I followed the advice in the Manual, I re-installed the CPU and memory then cleared the CMOS. Code 53 showed again.

Then I tried one stick in slot A1 then, another stick, then another slot etc. None of this helped.

After that I managed to get another memory sticks to try. I first tried one, then the other then both and none of this helped as well. The RAM was:
Ballistix Sport LT 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin Memory - BLS2C16G4D240FSB (Grey)

BIOS version is P1.30.
I know that I have to update the BIOS for the 6850K. Although I cant get past this memory issue to get into BIOS to try to update it.

I read online that this RAM (the Corsair) was recommended by ASROCK support for this board. I read it here:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2930885/64gig-ram-kit-killer-x99m-bios.html

Any suggestions? What can be done and what is the issue here?

I am looking forward to your responses. Thank you.

Solution
You'd have to order a BIOS chip on ebay, flashed with the latest version, and replace the board's one. If contacting ASRock, they might as well send you one for free.

I found this video which I will follow, minus the bending of the pins (as I read in the comments it is not good to do it like this):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V67YRlsBEoY

Also, it appears the Motherboard has two bios chips. A (Main) and B (Backup).

I will replace B so in case A gets corrupted in the future, I can restore A from B. Correct?

I will report after installation of the chip.

I received the chip from eBay today.

I replaced the BIOS chip B. I then moved the switch on the motherboard to boot using BIOS chip B. It worked!
Then in UEFI I copied BIOS chip B to BIOS chip A using the Secure Backup UEFI in Tools menu. Then I moved the switch back so chip A is now being used when the system boots.

Thanks for the help!
