It would be more useful to know what CPU you have in now, because any upgrade will need to match TDP.

That CPU was offered in both soldered and in socket G2 (PGA988B). Assuming it's not soldered, you can replace it with any socket G2 35w CPU.

Do not try to us a 45w CPU in your laptop.

do you have any way to know or do i have to open and see btw i 2 gpus the intergrated intel hd 4000 and a geforce 710m i don't know if that gives you any clues

Nope. Your best bet is to google and see if anyone has upgraded the CPU in your specific laptop before, or asked this question before. The GPUs are not an indicator.
