I recently bought a skylake intel core i5 6500 and by being stupid I took off the cpu cooler.
it is just the stock cooler but I was wondering what would happen if I didn't use rubbing alcohol but just used Kleenex or towel and took the old paste off very well. The paste is not hard and dry it is dam.
