Will the msi 750ti twin frozr be compatible?

I am going to build my first budget gaming pc however i dont know if the msi 750 ti twin frozr is compatible with my build.

My build is:
Pentinum g3258 processor
Asus H81M-A motherboard
2x 4gb crucial ballistix sport ram
Seagate 1tb harddrive
500w evga psu
Avp viper case

Compatibility-wise it's fine as any modern graphics card will work in any motherboard with a PCIe x16 slot. However you're better off going for an Rx 460 or Rx 470 as they perform significantly better than last-gen budget cards such as the 750 Ti.
