My computer keeps shutting down for no apparent reason (Windows 10).

I am running Windows 10 64-bit Build 10586
I have:
MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate mother board
Intel i5-4670K 3.4GHz
Radeon R9 290x
8 GB ram
Corsair CX600

I have turned off automatic updates and restarts as well. And the problem happens all the time but more so when I am running a game.

what do you mean by shutdown exactly? psu shuts off or windows just reboots/crashes to black screen????

have you tried any of the standard troubleshooting of checking temps and memory check with like mem86 and stuff yet? have you tried any test changes?

just trying to get more info before I start agreeing with above that it could be that psu.
