I just installed my graphics card, and now bios comes up every time on startup. Although it won't load windows 10 automatically, the bios lets me click on which storage drive I want to boot from. The extra step is a pain in the butt, but I also feel like this would only happen if something is wrong.

Solution
pull the gpu. boot from onboard video and go int othe bios. check that the mb has the newest bios on it. if it old download the newest bios file to a usb stick and use the mb bios updater to update the bios from usb stick. in the bios after the update look for primany dispaly set it from auto to peg/pci and turn off muilt monitor display to turn off onboard video.
