Did I fry my PC?

I tried to boot my PC with a 750W KDM PSU. r9 290 + g3258. Nothing happened so I unplugged my GPU and my PC would start spinning the fans but immediately shutting down again.

Ok just checked, the huge cable that gives the mobo power is fine, cpu power connector is fine, and RAM is in well.

No I don't have an extra lga 1150 CPU around my house, but no I don't know the BIOS and I really don't think it needs an upgrade because it was working fine this morning.

wow it was bent pins. holy shit I've been stressing over this for like 5 hours and it was the CPU pins being SLIGHTLY bent. I could BARELY tell that they were bent and i just played with the pins with my mechanical pencil.
