Back story: Infrequent, but consistent blue screens and crashes for a few months. I've ignored the problem because it wasn't happening all that often. Now, though, my computer has been significantly sluggish in performance. Like so slow browsing is affected and loads from top to bottom like it did in the early 2000s.
I have done a memory test and that checked out. I also don't hear any unusual sounds coming from it.

MOBO: ASRock 870 EXTREME3 AM3 AMD 870 5 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban 6-Core 3.3GHz, 3.7GHz Turbo Socket AM3 125W HDE00ZFBGRBOX
GPU: R9 270x
HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 1TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive /// Purchased in 2013
Any help would be appreciated before I go pick up a new HDD at the store.
