Hi I have the following setup:
Bought a year ago,
Intel i5 4440
Asus GTX 960 2GB
8GB Transcend RAM
1TB Seagate HDD
Corsair VS 550 PSU
Mobo: Gigabyte GA B85 D3H

For the last week and so while playing FIFA 16 and NFS Most Wanted system restarts continuously. When tried out furmark for 1080P setting(only GPU) as soon as the benchmark starts it reboots... Had no issues playing GTA V (High, Medium), WWE15(Highest),and MKX ( Highest). My temperatures are not so high for both CPU and GPU.

Now my request is whether my problem gets solved by doing the following things or Do I need to replace my PSU :( :(
1) Clean install Graphics Driver (DDU method) - Update: It didn't worked for me
2) Disable Nvidia HD Audio ( I use Realtek Analog Audio currently) - Shall I try this
3) Reseating RAM and GPU again - Update: Also Did this, No luck :(4) Also updated the BIOS to latest version - Still Restarting

I played GTA V for more than 3 hrs continuously and the max temp CPU: 55° and GPU 62° but the system didn't restart. Playing FIFA 16, Just entering into the modes causing the restart , but the temps are well below than GTA ... So more confused now

Please also suggest me any other tweaks If it might work as I don't have spare PC or PSU to work with and tight on budget to buy a new part.

Eagerly expecting a solution here :)

Solution
You can try 1) but I suspect the power supply, as it is not intended for gaming setups.
If 1) not working, try RMA-ing the power supply and buying different one when budget allowing it.
