Bios show wrong memory size

Please power down and unplug the system... Press and hold the power button for three seconds to drain any remaining power, open up your case and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard. Put it back in after thirty seconds. Then put it back together, plug it in and try again.

See if this yields any results.

Please note that removing the CMOS battery will cause BIOS to forget any settings changed by the user.

Yep I'm an idiot. One stick wasn't fully plugged in. I do appreciate you taking the time to help though!

Glad to be of help. I have had this exact thing happen to me countless times over the past 20 years.
