Tried over clocking AMD 8320e from 3.2 to 4.0 ghz without increasing voltage

I used AMD Overdrive for this. The computer will boot to the login screen and when I type my password in and press enter, it just restarts again. Any advice? Also my fan or motherboard is making a slight rattling noise..

Thank for the input y'all I just used optimal settings from BIOS and that fixed it. CPU fan was rattling cause it was in over drive
