Xonar DG 5.1 Speaker Sound Issue

Hi Everyone
i recently updated to Win 10 Pro 64 bit and purchased a Xonar DG sound card , no matter what i do i cannt get sound to come from all the speakers , ive read all the posts and see others with a similar issues but i cant resolve mine no matter what i try and so
can anyone assist me ?

Three really stupid questions.
1) Did you install the Win 10 64 bit drivers from https://www.asus.com/us/Sound-Cards/Xonar_DG/HelpDesk_Download/ ?
2) Did you go into your Playback Devices and set the card to the default output? After doing that, you have to close and re-open the sound app.
3) Having tried both of the above and failed, have you contacted Asus support? I've found them to be not much good, but usable with enough patience.
