I need a program running 24/7 for a few days that uses 100% cpu usage, does this affect lifespan even if the cpu is properly cooled? My cpu runs under 50c under max load so temperature is not the problem.

Solution
It'll be fine, so long as cooling isn't an issue cpu's are made to run and they last years. Maybe if you ran it non stop 24/7 for years it may eventually fail a year or two sooner than it would have remaining idle most of its life. Even when large corporations work the snot out of their cpu's in server farms many are still functioning when they sell them off cheap 3, 4, 5yrs later.
