Search other forums especially with your specific video card model and voltage as search tags.
I have EVGA 1080 SC so I cannot advice you on it.

On mine I've o/c to +150 GPU and ~350 Mem. with Power target max. of 120%. But this it from EVGA's own O/C software.
No idea if it will support your card.

Do you have enough power to feed it? Plus it's a lottery of your GPU, whether or not it can o/c to higher frequency.

Try to overclock in small increments would be my advice. Also crank your voltage, however be very careful with this settings. You can literally fried your GPU.
