I was going to be a patience trucker and Buy the 1060 but it's been almost 2 months since I bought everything and still need a gpu. But I was wondering how fast the 1060 well sell becuz and said some bs saying they have 10x stock of nvidia stock of gpu and basically amd gpu sold out instantly with there 10x stock . So it's going to be impossible to get the 1060?? Prob won't be able to comprehend stuff since its late

Solution
AMD did have more than 10x stock than Nvidia did of both the 1080 and 1070 and they still sold out. The difference being the 1080 and 1070 sold out within minutes everywhere while the RX 480 was available for a 8 hours before going out of stock. Given that Nvidia has had supply issues with the 1070 and 1080 it's a safe bet to say they won't have many 1060s when they launch and they will only start selling the $300 founders edition cards for the first two weeks. That's also considering the 1060 doesn't release for almost a month from now. Unless you camp out websites a month from now when the 1060 releases and are willing to pay $100 more than the RX 480, it'd be wiser just to buy another video card.
Odds are probably not great to get one immediately, but they should be taking backorders if you can't. Also, the price will likely be inflated for a while, similar to the 1070 and 1080 are. There is supposed to be aftermarket models available as well as the reference ones from nVidia. The odds are not in your favor, but it's always possible to get one, if you are willing to pay the extra and possibly wait for a backroder to fill.

Newegg, Amazon, Microcenter, Best Buy to name a few. If you look on www.pcpartpicker.com, they have more retailers, just look up a different card, i.e. GTX 980 and it should be safe to assume that any retailer selling those will be carrying the 1060

The market was floded with enough 1080-1070-AMD, alot of people who were in the market for new gpu got new one. So i would say there will enough cards for everyone. Maybe not within the first week, but definitly you will be able to snap one within first 3 weeks if you monitor amazon and newegg regularly.

Any website that sells PC parts can easily be found through PCPartPicker. When it comes to launches nowhere is safe.

If that were true we wouldn't be seeing the prices of the 1070 / 1080 so inflated. Price is determined by supply and demand. If the demand of the 1070 and 1080 were sated, then you would see prices falling. Since we still have prices far above retail and that nothing is in stock, it's safe to say that people still want a 1070 and 1080. Also take into consideration that their aren't many people who buy graphics cards in the high-end like the 1070 and 1080 in the first place, only a fraction of the PC community has that kind of money to spend and/or want to. This means that supply was very small to begin with if they can't even supply such a small section of the market.
