I am looking to build a home server PC that will let me access my music and videos from other places in my home, and more than one person. Maybe about 4 people and different devices like PC, Raspberry Pi, Firestick and phone/tablet. I am looking for the cheapest pc possible to build or I can get this PC for free from a family member. Would I be able to use this as a home server?
