Temprature too high 60 on idle going to 95 when using geekbench

i'm using AMD A8 5000 APU but now temp is 60 on idle and it is going to 95 on load .but if i use speedfan the temp is 39 and goes to 63 is there is problem how the two temptrature are not same and if 63 is normal or 90 is normal .please help me i'm in a big trouble.

You should use AMD Overdrive to check the more accurate thermal margins. If they are 10°C or higher at full load, then you don't have an issue.

No, it shows a 60°C thermal margin, not a 60°C temperature. What are the thermal margins at full load?

it goes down to 29 when i use geekbench 3. is ther a problem or that's normal .and can you please tell me what that thermal margin means.thanks for your answer

It means the CPU still is 29°C from the throttling point; that's very good.
