HTC One A9 microSD card compatibility?

So I'm looking at buying a 128GB microSDXC card for my HTC One A9 but I'm not sure if it's compatible (specifically if the phone is compatible with microSDXC cards), and have had little luck looking online. Anyone know whether or not it is compatible?

It should support microsdxc. Since it advertise to support up to 2Tb, that would be part of the microsdxc specs.

That's been my thinking as well, as SDHC doesn't go above 32GB. Have you ever used a microSDXC with your M8 or do you have one in your 10?

Yes used a Sandisk 64GB in my M8. Using currently a Toshiba 128GB microsd in HTC 10. Working as expected, no missing GB. Only used as external storage, not the adoptable storage.

If you're interested, it was a Toshiba 128GB Exceria M302/EA card and Sandisk Ultra 64GB.
