My motherboard has a tiny red led light at the bottom of my motherboard, it doesn't blink or anything, it just stays there until I turn off my PC. My PC is completely functioning but I have no idea why this light is always on and what it even means.

Check your manual, it will tell you what the LED is for. Its purpose may even be printed on the motherboard.

It may simply be the 5VSB LED - many boards have a LED simply to indicate that the PSU has power.
