Ive been experiencing CPU usage drops and frame drops ever since I bought a new cpu (i5-6400) Skylake and motherboard (Asrock H170 Performance D3/ DDR3 verison. Ive tried disabling Speedstep disconnecting and reconnecting 8pin ATX connector. Ive tried stress testing my cpu nothing was wrong except getting 30 degrees under full load (using realtemp) to measure the temperature. Please Help. This happens when playing high end games such as Arma 3 and Tom Clancy The Division
