Will GIGABYTE GTX 970 WF G1 fit my case?

Hi I want to ask.. I'm little confused if this card will fit my case, because on my Mobo is right next to PCI-E slot also USB 3.0 connector from case. Specs are below (copied from elsewhere)
CPU i5-6600K
GPU Gigabyte GTX 970 WF G1
MB MSI B150 PC Mate ATX
RAM ADATA 2 x 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz CL15
HDD/SSD 1TB + 500GB Samsung + 320GB WD + 320GB Seagate / 120GB Kingston
PSU CoolerMaster Thunder 600W PFC Active ATX
Case Zalman Z3 Plus White ATX

Should be fine, Case supports up to 360mm GPU. And that USB 3.0 connector shouldn't be in the way. Check out the pic on the website of the case. http://www.zalman.com/global/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=821

Problem is that the Molex has only 3pins, and my PSU where it should be connected has 4pins. Now is it compatible?

1 more quick thing, do you already have this system or are you going to purchase it?
Because in your specs you've already stated that you have a MSI 970.
And 1 more thing, a B150 board wouldnt be much use for a 6600k as the processor is overclockable but the board isnt a overclocking board.

600w thunder has 2 x 6+2 pin connectors mate , not sure where you only get one from.

It should have 2 x 6+2 plugs on a single seoerate cable mate .

Molex 3 pin ?? Not sure what you mean , do you mean a normalmolex but with only 3 wires connected ???

If so, the yellow wire is the 12v , if it has that then yes.

You mean a molex to PCI express adapter which only has a yellow & 2 black wires attached??

Yes it only needs a 12v yellow & a black ground , the red 5v wire is not needed.

Yes you will need 2 spare molex plugs on your PSU.

I still say your PSU should have 2 PCIe express plugs though , the 700w model has 4 of them.

Yes it makes no odds , the actual plastic plugs are the same , just the 5v pin is missing because it is not needed for a pci-express adapter which only uses the 12v pin & a black groundwire.
