What should I use in my new PC? (£20,000 budget)

Why such a high budget?

So I am building a new PC that needs to run a bit of software called "Prime 95".

Prime 95 takes advantage of CPU Cores to run a worker on each core at 100% contributing to finding the largest Prime Numbers. So I need a CPU power build that has a lot of Cores which are powerful.

I would also like a GPU powerful build as "Prime 95" is in the works of some day soon using GPU power to find he largest Prime Numbers.

So could someone sling me together a top of the line powerful PC?
