So, I was playing a game when system crashed. Windows would'nt start ( could only see black screen after logo)
I boot in safe mode, un-installed video driver, and tried again

either safe mode, normal, bios, everything had a weird vertical green(+other colors variation) line on the screen.

This issue doesn't reproduce when I disconnected video card and used mobo video output

I'm almost certain the issue is the video card but, as this never happened to me, I want to know if
- is there something i can do ( already tried cleaning it but don't think this is dust :))
- can there be some other issue that can cause this? ( psu, mobo?) i don't want to buy a new video card to find out the old one didn't have an issue :D

Solution
You can try a beta driver if you have the current or rollback the to an older one. If that doesn't work use msi afterburner and underclock the card by 10%. If that doesn't work you have banding issue's and you'll need too replacement gpu
