Many very smart choices there. As others have commented, this could be made into a Skylake system but I might comment on the disk Consider these two numbers:

Average Passmark Disk Marks:

Crucial BX200 240GB > 3134 $85

Samsung 750 Evo 250GB > 3906 [$114]
Performance should be very good:

On Passmark Baselines:

Nice build,I don't see any issues with it. Just throwing this out there, you could save a little and use a Skylake CPU and motherboard if you could purchase from other retailers.

With that CPU /MB and GTX 970, a Samsung 850 Evo 250GB has a score of 5124 So, a nice improvement for $30.

If the budget is not at it's limit there is also the Samsung SM951 256GB AHCI ($157, Newegg) which scores 9381.
I have one of these and it really goes.
