PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4GB DDR5 128-bit
CPU: Intel Haswell Refresh, Core i5 4590 3.3GHz
MOBO: MSI H97 PC Mate
MEMORY: TeamGroup Vulcan Red 8GB DDR3 2400MHz CL11 Dual Channel Kit
COOLER: Cooler CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Should I change something? Is it good?

Maybe MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard?

Solution
PSU Good
GPU: See below (1).
CPU: good
MOBO: ok
MEMORY: see below (2)
COOLER: Evo 212 is ok, but the default stock cooler will do it right. so maybe here you can save some bucks.

(1) Which resolution you want to play? How much $ for the GPU?
(2) Your motherboard doesn't support 2400MHz, only DDR3 1066/1333/1600 MHz.

I have the same motherboard. The BIOS user interface is the friendliest I have seen. It runs DDR3 1600 MHz rams. Get the vengeance ram 2 x 4 Gb.

Save the 212 EVO. The stock cooler is good enough. Use the money to buy a 550W EVGA GS/G2, it is going to last this build and the build after, and it is higher quality for $15 more.

GPU: It really come down to what monitor you use. If you have a budget 24" 60 hz TN monitor and you are happy with 1080p/60 fps/medium-high then go for the 960. If you have a 27" 144 hz IPS and want to play in 1080p/144 fps/high-ultra then go for the RX 480.
