I am deciding on upgrading my build soon and would appreciate some advice on which component would have the most impact on performance by being replaced.

System Specs:
AMD FX-8320E OC 4.4GHz
2-way SLI EVGA SC GTX 770 2GB
G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3
MSI Gaming 970
EVGA G2 850W
Intel 535 Series 240GB SSD
2x 1TB Seagate Barracuda HDD

I primarily game on a Ultrawide monitor (25UM56-P | Resolution @ 2560x1080).

Any advice is great appreciated!

Solution
There is a simple test.
Open your favorite game/ games and play while recording FPS.
Open settings lower the game resolution (1080 to 720) for example and play the game again while recording FPS
If the FPS with lower resolution significantly higher -> GPU upgrade
If about the same -> CPU upgrade

Absolutely the 770's without a doubt, an fx core at 4.4ghz will do 60fps fairly consummately across the board.

A 770 sli may or may not depending on sli scalability ingame.
The main detractor from your setup is that 2gb vram (at 1080 ultrawide your pushing 1 million more pixels than standard 1080p)
