Making a grinding noise at times?

When I play games, this doesn't always happen, but I hear my reference GTX 970 making a grind type noise.

Is this ok? Haha...

I'm not sure I hear a grinding noise, only the fan... Can you try to explain it a little more?

When there is 3 seconds left of the video you hear it... it most likely is the fan but it sounds like it's almost suffering....
