Change the how the task bar views multiple windows

Good day! How do you change the taskbar from this

Can't describe it properly because it's different from changing the task bar icons itself. Thanks for the help!

You need to change desktop theme to an "Aero" one:

Right-click any empty area of the desktop & choose "Personalize".

Choose one of the 7 themes that appear in the "Aero Themes" section.

You should then see a pop-up mini window when you hover mouse over any open app icon in the taskbar.
