Hey guys, i wanted to change my fan on the NIC F3 cooler and i'm curious if i can change that 120mm fan to a 140mm fan and put a second one on the back of the radiator. If it's possible to change 120 to 140 which fans should i use to get best performance and what type of fans i should use for front side and back side ?

Only a 120mm fan will mount to a 120mm rad.
Push-pull really only increases dust build-up in my experiences. If you're running hot, take the fan off and use a can of compressed air to blow dust out of the radiator, blowing to the outside of the case.

The Fractal Design Venturi HP12-PWM is a high Static Pressure radiator optimized 120mm fan. I personally recommend it.
