I have an MSI R9 380 with 4GB of VRAM. I'm using MSI Afterburner for my overclocking software.
How much should I clock the Power Limit %, Core Clock (default 980MHz), and the Memory Clock (default 1425MHz)? actually what settings i should do to get 1000MHz.
I have 650W power supply, AMD FX 8300 3.3GHz, 8GB of RAM DDR3, and 4 case fans.
I want to overclock this to get the best preformance without putting it under too much stress. Not borderlining overheating.

Thanks.

Solution
I would increase power limit to maximum amount (typically 130%) and stock increasing core clock by increments of +20 until you get a crash or artifacts (red or blank pixels).
