As the titled says, which cpu should I go for gaming. Should I get the i7 and get a better GPU in the future or go with the Xeon and save the left over money to buy a GPU

Will the Xeon bottleneck under any gpu's. I'm looking to pair this with either an RX 480 non- reference card or the gtx 1060 when it comes out should these specs be good for 1080p gaming along with 8GB of DDr3 in games like battlefront, fallout, Overwatch and battlefield 1?
