I have noticed that , while installing games and while the torrent is getting checked , disk utilization boosts to 99-100% . I have not a single as to why this is happening . Is this normal ? , can i do something to overcome this issue ? It is really troublesome to surf the web and to open any application while the torrent is getting checked or while the game installs.

Yes an SSD is the way to go. It will help in two ways:
- by beeing an order of magnitude faster
- by having teh OS and downloads on separate drives, so, even if a torrent check uses teh HDD to 100%, this will not affect Windows perfromance since windows will run off of another drive(the SSD)

It will change your computing experience for teh better completly.
Hard drives just have limits. Checking files or any random usage us harder on hard drives.

SSDs generally deal with both sequential and random(much better) workloads better than hard drives.

Another option would be to have multiple drives and then your primary drive is never taxed in this way.

What i am comprehending is ,(1) i should install the OS in SSD and store all the downloads in the HDD or else ,(2) i could store both in the same and have a faster read and write or else , (3)i can buy an another HDD and store everything in it.

Although every choice has its ups and downs , i guess FIRST choice is the most costliest and most efficient way to go.

Thank you everyone for sharing your knowledge with me , really helps me in making an informed decision.

1 is definitely tteh way to go. Downloads don't benefit from the speed of an SSD and are just fine on a HDD(remeber, you will not be seeing slowdowns when the HDD is getting chocked in this config).
On the SSD you shoul put your OS and apps. Then, if tehre is room left, you can put some games in these aswell.
