1| Can you please pass on your laptop's make and model number? If you're unsure you can pass on a picture of the information found at the bottom of your unit.
2| It's apparent you're talking about the HDD capacity. Have you contacted the store from where you purchased it from to get a better understanding of whether they swapped out your HDD?
3| Can you please pas son which OS you're running off of?
4| If you're on Microsoft's Windows OS, you can go into Disk Management and see if the remaining partitions are hidden.
