So my friend's computer acted like this not too long ago (bout 3 weeks) And he tried reinstalling windows that did not work. So he checked task manager for programs taking up network nothing.Then he checked MSCONFIG.nothing suspicious just essentials like steam and what not. Even tried upgrading to win10 to see if that'd do anything.So i'll be going to his house today to check it out. i'll be putting in an wifi card i have (extra one)..Do u think that'll fix it? if not then whats the problem? By slow internet we mean going in and out connection, games wont download fast, google taking long to load.
