I'm planning to upgrade PC with these parts:
GPU to MSI gtx970
Intel Core I-3 6100 3.7ghz
ASRock B150M-HDV/D3

So basically all I am keeping is my 8gb dd3 ram and Zalman ZM500-TX 80Plus 500W

Will these parts work well together?
I'm afraid of Bottlenecking and PSU power would really appreciate a tip or some pointers what to change.

Solution
All good. The Skylake dual core, 4 thread processor is fine with the GTX 970. Bottleneck should not be an issue except in very rare instances. The fast IPC of the Skylake makes up for a lot of issues normally prevalent with dual cores.
The Zalman PSU has the +12V capacity to handle it as well.
