Would this be a good enough PC for gaming, streaming and video editing?

CPU - Intel i5 6600K
GPU - Asus Strix GTX 970 4GB
PSU - Corsair VS 550
Ram - 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2666Mhz
Motherboard - MSI B150 M3
Storage - Seagate 1tb Barracuda Hard Drive

OP could have just...
I think your worst component is the motherboard. The B150 chipset doesn't offer the ability to overclock your memory if you ever wanted to upgrade. Board's maximum memory speed is 2133MHz, you're wasting money.

Either decide whether you want the Z170 chipset (offers memory clocks above 2133MHz) or to buy slower memory. Right now, you're wasting money on memory that is faster than your board supports. It will work, but the board will run it at 2133MHz.

My recommendations, upgrade motherboard or downgrade memory.

Forgot to mention the B150 and unlocked processor. Same thing applies though.

Upgrade motherboard or downgrade processor to one that isn't unlocked.

OP could have just bought the wrong combination of parts because my memory is crappy because I have a concussion because I do stupid things like jump out of moving cars... Wow that's a loaded sentence.
