Thinking about selling my PC to buy a new one and was wondering if anyone could help me find a price to sell it for.

Parts:

Mobo - ASUS H87M PRO4
CPU - i5 4440
GPU - EVGA GTX 970
PSU - CX850M
Memory - 2 x 4 Corsair Vengeance
Heatsink - ARCTIC Freezer 13
Storage - SanDisk SSD PLUS 240 GB Sata III
Case - Zalman Z5 Midi Tower Case

Thanks for any replies in advance!

If I could build it using new components for around $800, why would I buy it used for the same cost? Aside from the motherboard, here is the cost of your build, new:

Additionally, why would anyone buy a used system with outdated components when you can build a new system with current components at a lesser price?
