Is this a manufactured PC (Dell, HP, IBM, etc) or a home built system?
R9 200 is a series, not a model. Please be more specific. R9 270, 270X, 280, 280X, 290, 290X?
520 watt is also not specific enough. There are plenty of companies that make 520 watt PSUs. Please list a company and model (if it shows a model).
What is the maximum temperature you have seen on your 6300. Does the fan on the cooler spin when you turn the system on?
Assuming this is home-built... Are you using the original CPU cooler? Did you clean the CPU and make sure there was thermal paste on the cooler before mounting it? If there was no paste on the cooler, did you apply some to the CPU before mounting the cooler?
