Hello there. I recently purchased an older motherboard/processor from a very close from, both upgrades from what I had used in the past. Everything went perfectly smooth for the first week and a half, but as of yesterday, I have been getting very strange, colored screens with no specific error within the first 3-5 minutes of gaming. The gpu I'm using is fairly new itself and I have tried uninstalling/reinstall older and newer driver updates multiple times with no avail. On top of that, I had read (through these forums) that it could have been a temping issue with the CPU and I had noticed an unusual high reading of 60*c idling on my cpu yesterday. Being said, I had purchased a brand new Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with one day shipping to see if this would compensate for my problem, and although the temps are down about 10-15*c, my problem with the colored screen persists. I've had the graphics card for about 3 weeks now and there hasn't been a single problem as of yet.

My hardware includes:
CPU: i5 2500k
RAM: 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
OS: 64bit Windows 10 Pro
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 TI
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. P67A-UD4-B3 (Socket 1155)

I'm on my last limb here. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you in advance.

Solution
first thing is...we need to locate the source...and right now its an open field...so one by one we need to test out various components...
start with changing the display cables...and also test with another monitor...let us first ascertain its not a monitor issue...
