I know this thread has been discussed a thousand times, but I'm seeing a lot of mixed views. My dilemma is that I currently have a 390x (was planning to CF, however I discovered a game I just recently stared playing does not have support for CF profiles, and my 390x is only able to play it at low settings at ~30FPS). Also, I should mention I run a 5760x1080 setup. So what is my best solution? I'm looking at either of these 980Ti's-

Or I am considering getting a 1070FE. However, TDP, temps, and sound are not my main concern after owning a 390x. So what do you think is my best solution at powering my setup? Any and all input is appreciated.

Solution
Allways a 1070. Better in everything. And when decent drivers come out it will be even better. Low power consumption and Future proof for DX12 and Vulkan. Take a look at the Inno3d GTX 1070 iChill. Same price as a Founders edition although OCd. At least in Germany..
