Gaming PC Under 400

Solution
If you are intent on building at that price point this is what I can do, although I HIGHLY advise against this.

Its really not a good idea to build a gaming PC under $500-550 min, as the value drop off significantly.
To be honest at that price point you're better off getting an XB1 or PS4.
What I would recommend is to save up to around $600 and pull this trigger on this.
Offers more than twice the performance of what a $400 PC will have and is probably the best value build you can get right now and is VR ready.
You will need at least a 1TB HDD as the OS takes up around 120GB over time, and PC games can be quite intensive size wise, with GTA V being around 100GB! :)
