GTA V version 1.0.350.1 runs flawlessly on my PC. I have a version from a torrent, but when the Steam Summer Sale hit, I saw it for 35 bucks and I was excited so I deleted the torrent I had and purchased it from Steam. I loaded it up and no sound came from loading screen. Then, after it loaded up, movement was 1 frame for every couple seconds. Because of that, I thought it was Steam's fault and that torrent worked better because it was pirated. I deleted Steam's version, got a refund, and switched back to my torrent copy to play flawless again. Then, I saw a torrent update for 1.33 from the same torrent guys I got 1.0.3 from. I was excited and downloaded it and applied everything, but when I loaded it up, same issue. 1 frame for 2-3 seconds. This is bullcrap because I want the legit version so I can play GTA Online. My system specs are:

Windows 8.1
CPU: AMD FX-4300
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
RAM: 14 GB
HDD: 750 GB Total
Shaders are 5.0 for both

I meet minimum so I don't understand why and rockstar hasn't responded to me yet. What do I do?
