My mouse freezes randomly doing anything on my computer. Its just stops working for a few seconds then it comes back. It makes gaming frustrating and just not fun. I have tried reinstalling drivers, updating drivers, cleaning the mouse ball. Would like to see if anyone else can give me something to fix it. I think I found the source of the problem. When I tried troubleshooting my mouse it says that my mouse is connected to a USB 3.0 port ( my mouse is a USB 2.0 ) so it tells me to move the port and plug it into a USB 2.0 Port. I did as it said and it still has the same error. I have a screenshot. I tried reinstalling my chipsets didn't work.
