I want to start PC gaming

Hi. I really would like to start pc gaming but I don't know where to start. I enjoy playing CSGO an would hopefully be able to play Arma 3 with at least 45 fps any ideas. I have a limited budget around 400-600$ I would also like if the pc was upgradable In the future. Thank You. One last thing I would like a 2 tb hardrive and uses intel

tbh any pc can run arma 3 and cs go. Get an i5 and a cheap gtx 900 series and all set. Or aim for 700 ish

Running arma 3 is an issue for even me with a 970 + i7-4770k low I get 60-70 fps but CSGO would be easy with a GTX 900 or 700. Im sure on low you'd be able to get decent fps on Arma 3.

For Arma 3? Ehh It would be a long shot but You may be able to get 30-40 fps
