UK bought MSI GTX 770 has Australian warranty?

One of my GPUs has started failing recently (Crackling noises and slow frame-rates until total system freeze while playing games and even at one point failing to allow boot into windows). My second GPU runs everything fine so I'm running that as my main card until I can remove the faulty one.

While doing my research into how I RMA the product, I found that my card's warranty leaflet says the warranty is only valid in Australia, which was the case for both of them. This doesn't seem right considering I live in England, I bought my cards in England and interestingly enough, the shops I bought each card from were also English based stores shipping from their English locations (Scan and Dabs - Now BT apparently).

Because I retain the receipts for the GPUs should I be fine in thinking they will honour the warranty or could I be at risk of them out-right refusing due to them claiming Australian warranty only?

And an extra question (Sorry!), I understand the MSI GTX 970 has a 3 year warranty, is this also true for the 770? I'm still within warranty if it's 2 years, but the extra year would make me feel happy regardless.

Thank you taking the time to read my concern.
