Hey there!
I am new to this community so to start off, I will be asking a simple question. I am rendering in 1080p with a bitrate of 14mbps at 60fps and an 8bit color range. I use sony vegas and I am rendering using a h.264 codec. I have an i5 4690k, 16gb of ram, and a gtx 750ti. I am wondering if rendering with the CUDA cores of the graphics card will give me a faster rendering time than using the CPU.

Thanks!

Solution
Even the low-end GTX 750Ti has a better fill rate than the IGPU of the Intel i5 4690K. Fill rate is a good rule of thumb to determine CUDA and other non-graphics processing on GPU cards.
