I have 2 hard drives in my computer, but only have the password for one. is ther a way to get the password for the other? (I'm on windows 7)

We can't help you with this one because the password is clearly there to keep you out and that impies you're trying to access someone else's data. Hard disks are not usually password protected so it's unlikely to have been set by the manufacturers.

Ask the other users about this problem and if they let you in, that's fine. If not, you can't get near that drive.
