Hello,
I have an Asus X552MJ (GT940M) and recently I got this error and only the integrated graphics Intel HD works now.
I am totally desperate, don't know what else to do - I have tried everything. Literally. I have updated BIOS (version 201 to 300), reinstalled the drivers 15 times through Add/Remove Programes in Control Panel and through Device Manager, through DDU afterwards in safe mode as well. Nothing helps.
I also checked for various versions of the driver, I used and tried 4 versions of nVidia drivers for my card, even for windows 8 and 10. Newest and then other chipset drivers have been installed as well.
I have no idea what could've hapenned, this month I didn't even "game" at all...
Does anyone know what to do at this point? I don't want to RMA my laptop as I need it in upcoming weeks very bad.
