Yes that one is compatible with your existing hardware and should work.

it isn't a particularly feature rich or high-quality board, but it should be functional. Hope this one lasts longer for you. I am also using an LGA 1155 CPU, and the motherboard market is basically nonexistent at this point. Good ones are hard to find.
